Successful premiere: Under the patronage of club legend Olaf Thon, FC Schalke 04 hosted a charity golf tournament for the first time at the Haus Leythe Golf Club. This allowed the Königsblauen to revive a successful and cherished tradition of the Schalke Golf Circuit and support the work of the club's own foundation with the donation sum.
